The hotel is very close to transport to and from the airport, so getting there was easy. the room was super clean, i noticed no dust or grime anywhere. the staff were also very helpful. They answered all my questions clearly and quickly.

i thought the signage for parking should be clearer.

The location was excellent, right by the train station and close to a Tesco Express. My room was upgraded and very comfortable, with full coffee and tea facilities provided. The hotel was easily accessible and clean.

The parking situation was a bit confusing, and I had to pay an unexpected fee overnight.

The manager upgraded my room because of maintenance issues. This was a charmed surprise. the replacement room featured coffee and tea facilities. the staff was helpful and friendly. i found the hotel location to be excellent for accessing the railway station, only a short walk away.

locating the hotel was somewhat challenging because the exterior signage displays a different hotel name, aston hotel.
